Escalator trips and falls

Network Rail in the UK Published this video highlighting the dangers of traveling up escalators, they say "Every year there are more than one billion passenger journeys through our 17 managed stations. In 2012-13 there were over 1,600 slips and trips in our stations and 1 fatality. One area where we see a large number of accidents is on escalators. More commonly on the up escalators, and often because people are rushing or carrying heavy luggage. Watch the video to see what can happen
